Yes! All our muffins are made without added sugar, wheat, or dairy. We use natural sweeteners, fruits, and wholesome ingredients like almond flour, oat flour, and plant-based milk to ensure they’re nutritious and delicious, check nutritional info on each product for more details.

No! They are wheat-free, GMO free and Preservative. As our muffins contains Organic Oats and No gluten was detected within the limits of the test (<5ppm), However, according to national food safety standard (FSANZ), prohibits the use of a ‘gluten-free’ claim under this limits. 

We offer wheat-free, sugar-free and dairy-free options. However, they contain nuts, eggs, and it may contain Gluten.

Our muffins are best consumed within 3–4 days at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Refrigerated up to 10days. You can also freeze them for up to 2-3 months. Reheat gently for that fresh-baked taste!
